How does your sizing work?

The majority of our shoes fit a little bit larger, approximately half to a full size larger than standard sizes ½–1 size. We have provided a clear guide that can help you provide us with accurate measurements here.

Where are KONKHO shoes manufactured?

Our shoes are manufactured at one of the highest quality factories in Spain.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

You can see shipping times by content here. In your confirmation and update emails, you will receive a tracking code, and estimated timings, so you are fully informed of when they will arrive.

Do I need to pay custom duties and taxes?

All our products are shipped directly from Spain, and outside EU any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. As we have no control over such charges, the recipient of the parcel must pay any additional taxes.

What if my shoes don’t fit right?

For the right fit, additionally to your shoe size, we ask you to carefully measure your heel-to-toe length. However every foot is unique thus there is a small chance that the shoes chosen won’t be right the first time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have to cancel your order and you have already received your order confirmation, please write us to We’ll process your cancellation and refund you your money within the next five working days.

Is there any warranty on my KONKHO shoes?

After receiving your shoes, you can exchange or return them during the next 14 working days without giving us any reason. Besides these 14 days and based on the current legislation, we give a warranty on any manufacturing defect over a period of two years. In case you observe any manufacturing defect on your shoes, please let us know as soon as possible by writing to You’ll only have to explain briefly the defect and supply us your order number. Our warranty will cover any manufacturing defect. Meaning that, any other defects caused by external factors (accidents, wastage, misuse, improper use of the product) remain excluded from the warranty. The same goes for products that have been manipulated, altered or repaired by the customer or any other non-authorized person.
