Products available shall generally be dispatched as quickly as possible. Indicatively delivery terms are as follows:
- in Spain, within 2-4 working days of receipt by KONKHO BRAND s.l. of full payment;
- in EU countries other than Spain and in other countries, within 4-6 working days of receipt by KONKHO BRAND s.l. of full payment.
Please note that during and around holidays, deliveries will take longer.
Delivery shall be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialized courier in specific packaging/packing prepared by KONKHO BRAND s.l. Delivery is made to the addressee specified by the Customer. The above delivery terms refer to Products present in the warehouses and must be intended as non-binding for KONKHO BRAND s.l. KONKHO BRAND s.l. may therefore subsequently confirm or alter said terms, according to their requirements. Products are delivered suitably packaged and/or packed by courier chosen by KONKHO BRAND s.l. Products are delivered to the addressee address specified by the Customer upon submission of the purchase order.
Upon receipt of the Products, the addressee must ensure that the Products comply in quantity and description to those ordered. This is without prejudice to the fact that should the Products delivered differs from those ordered; the Customer may exercise his right to withdraw.
Transport costs will be calculated according to the weight of the goods, or according to the weight/volume ratio and on the basis of the place of Product delivery. This shall be according to the agreements drawn up with the courier in charge of delivery and as clearly stated to the Customer both at the time of Product purchase and in subsequent confirmation messages.
Your order will be shipped directly from Spain to you.
We provide free shipping to all our customers in Spain and Europe on orders over 250€. However, for international orders outside of the EU our prices are excluding custom fees and all additional taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.

Shipping charges are calculated per order – all additional items in the same order are shipped free of charge, provided that the value exceeds 250 euros.
Upon receiving your order we will send you a confirmation email with planned shipment date as well as sending you update emails, including your personal tracking code when your shoes have been shipped.
Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, contact the courier.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the KONKHO BRAND s.l. Commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Spain at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Spain
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
KONKHO BRAND s.l. shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Return Terms and Conditions
- Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
- Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. KONKHO BRAND s.l. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
- All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of KONKHO BRAND s.l.
- KONKHO BRAND s.l. Reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized.
- If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
- When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form, and put the attached return sticker on the box for address info. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. - Return costs are for the customer. The customer is also responsible for arranging the reshipment of the merchandise.
Withdrawal is not permitted for customised Products and Products delivered abroad. In all cases where withdrawal is not lawfully and validly applied by the Customer, KONKHO BRAND s.l. shall return the Product to the Customer, at the Customer’s own risk and expense; Customer must also address the organization for the return of the goods. Should the Products returned by damaged during transport for return to KONKHO BRAND s.l. the Customer shall be informed of all damages reported no later than the second working day as from the receipt of Products. This shall therefore allow the Customer in turn to inform the courier of this fact and claim his rights with regard the courier. At the same time, the Products damaged during transport shall be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s own risk and expense. Should withdrawal be exercised in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. KONKHO BRAND s.l. shall reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer. Reimbursement shall take place free of charge as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty days of the date on which KONKHO BRAND s.l. became aware of the Customer’s having exercised his right to withdraw.
